Anna's pictures entered in the fair. Part two

Thursday, August 7, 2008

Anna got two second place ribbons for origami and a pencil drawing. First place for a picture in the Yellowstone Grand Canyon. Jef you may be right that Anna needs her own camera or she will take mine.

Second Place picture is of Jackson Lake, where we stopped for lunch and were about eaten alive by mosquitoes. There were tons of them.
3rd place for a picture of Mt Hebo Lake. They actually have the picture upside down. The picture is of the reflections in the lake, though it does look like the actual picture. Also Anna's edits she did herself over exposed it a bit, but still a wonderful picture.
The second place one is of a Yellow bellied Marmot. Funny things is a few minutes later, we sat on that same rock to take a family picture. The marmot just watched us from the side and waited for us to leave its rock so it could go back. Good Job Anna. You Did great.

Anna,

That is awesome that you did so well. I'm proud of you and your abilities...you and your dad could start your own photography gallery with all the great photos you guys take. Congratulations!!! Be sure to ask for a camera for Christmas...
