this one is super simple and super delicious.

Ingredients--

1 Peach for every two people
2-10 Tablespoons of Sugar (depending on taste/people present)
Cinammon

Cut the peaches in Half and remove the pit.

Lightly sprinkle cut side with sugar and cinammon.

Place cut face down on 300-400 degree bar-b-que.

Cook until done, usually about 15 mins.

Remove and serve with a spoon to scoop flesh from skin. Skin is edible too...

Do the words healthy and dessert belong in the same sentence? :)
Will see what we can find but I know our favorite desserts are the ones with lots of chocolate and calories - let me know if you are interested in those too -k- :)

We don't have dessert around here because I am to lazy to make them and they usually aren't healthy anyway. We do snack though. My favorite snack that has chocolate in it is a slimfast snack bar that is called "peanut butter crunch". It tastes like a butterfinger bar but not as rich. Oh yeah, I remember a quick dessert recipe with strawberries.

Take a pound of strawberries and wash them and take off the tops(green leaves). Cut them up into slices. Then take a half cup of sugar (or less) and mix into the strawberries. You can even take a potato masher to them. This helps to squish out the juice. Now, dish out and eat or use as a topping to frozen yougurt, brownies, angel food cake or whatever. If you add whipped topping, it is even yummier but less healthy.
